Master Xi Xiaofeng

Portrait of Master Xi Xiaofeng

Master Xi Xiaofeng was born in 1971 in the vast grasslands of Inner Mongolia, northern China. Although his childhood was simple, he grew up surrounded by a richness that is hard to describe: the vastness of the sky, the silence of the earth and the profound wisdom of nature. Those endless landscapes fed his spirit and planted in his heart an extraordinary sensitivity to life.

From a young age he held a dream: that human suffering could be transformed and that people could once again learn to live in harmony with nature, themselves and one another. As he contemplated the immensity of the grasslands, he began to ask himself the true meaning of existence. There he understood that freedom and happiness are born of the capacity to love deeply, from the most genuine part of the human heart.

Today, Xi Xiaofeng continues to believe that this dream belongs to all of humanity and that more and more people will awaken to the possibility of a life grounded in awareness, compassion and unity.

In 1991 he discovered Zhineng Qigong, a discipline that integrates traditional wisdom with a scientific vision of human development. Two years later he entered the Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Training Center, where he completed teacher training under the guidance of the founder. That experience deeply marked his life and revealed a path he has followed with dedication ever since: cultivating and sharing unconditional love as a transformative force for the human being.

Over the years, Xi has accompanied thousands of people in discovering their inner potential, helping them develop greater clarity, sensitivity and connection with the innate intelligence of life. Before 2011 he taught extensively across China; afterwards he brought Zhineng Qigong to five continents, sharing his knowledge in more than fifty countries across Europe, Oceania, the Middle East and the Americas. More than fifty thousand people have benefited from his teachings, either directly or through the generations of instructors he has trained.

Known for his ability to convey deep concepts with simplicity, Master Xi combines rigor, wisdom and humor in every teaching. His warm presence and deep empathy create a space where students can learn, grow and rediscover the joy of living.

In late 2019 he founded the international community Qi Benzhi, a space dedicated to bringing together people from different cultures and countries who share the wish to evolve, help each other and contribute to collective wellbeing. His vision remains the one born in the vast grasslands of his childhood: to inspire a more conscious, healthy, harmonious and loving humanity.

Master Sun Yu

Portrait of Master Sun Yu

Master Sun Yu has spent more than three decades exploring, cultivating and sharing the wisdom of Zhineng Qigong. His life has been a journey of deep learning, service and transformation, guided by the wish to help others discover their own capacity to heal, grow and live in harmony.

His encounter with Zhineng Qigong began in 1988, when he first felt the calling of this extraordinary discipline. That encounter marked the beginning of a path that would transform his life forever. In 1991 he participated in the official Qigong training in Shi Jia Zhuang and, shortly afterwards, was accepted into the prestigious teacher-training program of the Huaxia Center, where he studied between 1992 and 1994 under the direct guidance of the founder of Zhineng Qigong.

During those years he absorbed not only the technical knowledge of the practice, but also the humanistic vision that sustains it: the deep understanding that health, consciousness and happiness can be cultivated when the human being learns to live in harmony with the laws of life.

After graduating, he was invited to teach and offer healing at the Qing Huang Dao Qigong Center, where for six years he accompanied countless people in their processes of wellbeing and inner growth. His dedication, experience and sensitivity made him a beloved guide for students and practitioners from many different backgrounds.

From the year 2000 onward, his work took him to new lands. From Shenzhen to Hong Kong, and later to Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, Master Sun continued to sow the teachings of Zhineng Qigong wherever he found hearts willing to learn. As a traveler of consciousness, he has shared this practice with thousands of people across Southeast Asia, inspiring a healthier, more balanced and full life.

Since 2013 he has been part of the Hua Xia Qigong Association of Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. His teaching style, clear and deeply experiential, allows students to quickly grasp the essential principles of Qigong and experience its benefits directly. Those who practice with him highlight his ability to convey deep concepts with simplicity, closeness and wisdom.

In 2018 he began a new teaching cycle based on the works of the founder of Zhineng Qigong related to acupuncture and integral human development, bringing together students from Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia in a learning community that continues to grow to this day.

In addition to teaching courses and workshops, Master Sun organizes Qigong journeys and gatherings that allow participants to deepen their practice, connect with nature and experience the cultivation of energy in an atmosphere of harmony and companionship.

His path is the reflection of a life dedicated to sharing knowledge, easing suffering and reminding people that within every human being there is an immense capacity to heal, transform and flourish.
